“Coronation Street” story line brings high visibility to Lyme disease

Congratulations to the popular British soap opera “Coronation Street” and the advocacy group Lyme Disease UK.

Their collaboration on a story line is bringing lots of visibility to the issue of Lyme disease.

According to a Facebook post by Lyme Disease UK, “The press coverage of the Lyme disease story line in ITV Coronation Street has put us on such a huge stage and we are so grateful to have been given this opportunity to raise awareness.”
